<Purchaser's Terms>

A. After receiving the product, the purchaser must return the product or request a refund  within 5 days of receiving the product, including the day of receipt. If the purchaser does  not do so, the purchaser will not be able to request a refund in any case, except for the  2-year authenticity guarantee support system.

B. The returned item must be returned to the seller in exactly the same condition as

when it was shipped by the seller.

C. The purchaser who requests a return or refund is responsible for all shipping costs  incurred in relation to the return or refund, as well as all fees incurred when the product  is sold (fees incurred on the Stripe system), and all fees incurred in relation to customs  duties when returning the product overseas.

However, the seller will be responsible for all of the following return and refund requests. a. The product received was different from the product the seller was selling on TRUST.

b. The product received was different from the product description that the seller posted  on TRUST.

c. It is clearly a fake.

(There must be substantial evidence or material documents that can prove that it is  definitely a fake.)

[45-day authenticity appraisal manufacturer application system]

1. If the purchaser is unsure about the authenticity of the product they have  purchased, or if they wish to verify the authenticity of the product before purchasing it,  the seller must accept the request from the purchaser to do so, unless the seller receives  a request from the purchaser during the cooling-off period and the purchaser rejects the  request for verification during the subsequent discussion. In such cases, the purchaser  or the seller can request a authenticity appraisal from the manufacturer, and this can  be requested through Trust's customer support. In this case, excluding the cooling-off  period, the product payment will be held on Stripe by Trust's authority for 45 days,  including the day the request is received.

The conditions for this are as follows.

However, during this period, the seller and purchaser can cancel the 45-day authenticity  appraisal manufacturer application system at any time through mutual consultation.

The purchaser and seller discuss the matter on the chat function, and after both parties  have reached an agreement, the purchaser makes a request for a 45-day authenticity  appraisal manufacturer application through the Trust system.

The purchaser or seller should make the necessary application to the manufacturer of  the purchased product. However, if there is any uncertainty about how to make the  application, it is possible to make the application through Trust Support. However, all of  the necessary procedures must be completed within 45 days, so it is important to act  quickly.

During the application period, the payment will be held on Stripe for 45 days, not  including the day the request is received on Trust, and the Trust management team will  have the authority to make deposits and withdrawals during this period.

Within 45 days, the watch manufacturer will officially confirm the authenticity of the  product, and the purchaser will provide official documents in image (JPG, PDF) format  via the Trust system and chat with the seller.

If the item is determined to be a fake based on its contents, it will be refunded  immediately in accordance with the conditions for the purchaser below, and if it is  determined to be genuine, the money will be sent to the seller immediately.

However, if the purchaser does not contact the seller after the 45-day period, the product  price will be automatically transferred to the seller.

<Purchaser's Terms>

A. After receiving the product, the purchaser must request to the seller via chat within  the cooling-off period of 5 days.

B. In cases where there are significant doubts about authenticity, or where there are  descriptions of the product content, or where the authenticity of the product has been  questioned by another company.

C. For products that are completely free of doubt, the request should be made on the  Trust system after consulting directly with the seller via chat.

D. To keep a photograph of the exterior and interior of the watch, taken at the time of  receipt from the seller, with the date and time clearly marked.

E. The reference number, serial number, and all other engravings on the case of the  purchased individual must be the same. A picture of this must be submitted.

F. No significant damage. It shall be acknowledged that there may be cases where  returns and refunds are not possible if the product is found to be in a damaged condition  that is clearly related to its operation (the definition of which is as follows).

- If there is any damage that is clearly visible to anyone, such as a completely different  chip from the one that was originally received, the item may not be returned.

- Even if the product was working when it was first received, and then became  inoperable after being returned to the manufacturer for authentication, therefund or  return of the product must not be refused on that basis. However, if parts are missing  from the mechanical section, returns and refunds may not be possible unless the  manufacturer removes the fake parts.

G. Roles and responsibilities regarding fees and other costs related to returns

If the product is returned for the following reasons, the seller will bear all costs, and for  all other reasons, the purchaser will bear the costs (a. b. c.) associated with the return.

- The product received was different from the product the seller was selling on Trust.

- The product received was different from the product description the seller provided  on Trust.

- It is clearly a fake.

<Summary of fees related to returns>

a. The initial transfer fee that occurs when buying and selling products (a fee that occurs  on the STRIPE system)

b. All costs related to customs duties incurred at the time of importation for the return  of goods on a global basis.

c. All costs involved in applying to and after applying to the manufacturer. Basically, it is impossible to request each watch manufacturer to check the authenticity  of a watch only, so by requesting a complete service (overhaul), the following fees will be  incurred in order to use the details of the estimate content for each part, or if the  manufacturer refuses the complete service, the reason for the refusal will be clarified.

The cost of shipping the product to each manufacturer

The cancellation fee for cancelling the order when the estimate for the complete service  is received from each manufacturer.

(If it is a fake, the estimated cost will not be incurred, but the purchaser or seller  themselves must make all inquiries to the manufacturer in advance regarding the cost.)

[2-year authenticity guarantee support system]

1. If the product is officially judged to be a fake by the brand manufacturer within 730  days (including the 730th day) of arrival, the product must be accepted for return and a  full refund must be given for any reason. The details of what is eligible for return and  refund are as follows.

* The two-year warranty period is defined as the maximum period required to  authenticate a watch that is 50 or 100 years old or older by each manufacturer.

2. If the purchaser presents official documentation from the manufacturer stating that  there is a problem with the authenticity of the item.

3. If the purchaser presents an email from the manufacturer stating that there is a clear  problem with the authenticity of the item.

As for the content that is in question regarding its authenticity, although it is an example  sentence, when there is content that clearly has the same meaning as the following  content.

a, As this is not our company's product, a complete service, including estimates, cannot  be provided.

b, As it is a modified product, a complete service, including an estimate, cannot be  provided.
